Terms & Conditions

Expeditions include all meals, transfers, accommodation, use of all boating equipment including dive, snorkel, fishing, surf gear, reef taxes and village stays whilst on expedition. Prices exclude airfares, alcohol, and satellite phone costs.

To confirm a booking the relevant form must be completed and each passenger must sign a liability release (downloadable at right) and forward together with 50% deposit to secure a booking. Remaining amount is due 60 days prior to departure.

If the journey is canceled The Imajica Experience or it’s agents will provide the passengers with at least 7 days notice where practicable, or otherwise reasonable notice taking into account the reason for the cancellation and will provide passengers with a full refund of the cost of the journey in this instance.
